COMPANY BACKGROUND
One Global Properties was established in 2007 to locally source and market Malaysian properties for a network of property investors across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, Europe and the Middle East. We have formed strategic partnerships with several partners in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, Europe, and Middle East.
In 2015, a young and energetic leader and team joined One Global Properties and transformed it into One Global Properties Sdn Bhd.
With our combined experience of more than 50 years, we enjoy strong local alliances and contacts. Together with our partners, we have a database of investors across Singapore, Hong Kong, U.K, Europe Middle East and surely in Malaysia. One major strong point is our knowledge and experience in Klang Valley and Iskandar Malaysia.

One Global Team
One Global’s core team consists of experienced property professionals who have specialized in Malaysian properties for the past twenty years. Presently, our team has thirty members. We believe in providing unparalleled service to each client through obtaining and providing comprehensive information and advice about a myriad of properties in the country. Equally important is the provision after-sales service to ensure each customer’s transaction is well taken care of, maximizing return and value.
We have four (4) departments.
Administration & Human Resource
Administration work includes accounting and accounts book keeping. The Human Resource department always has an eye out for new staff members to strengthen our team.
Project Marketing
Headed by a Project Leader, staff strength can be increased when necessary within our staff group. Works include pre-sales, sales, and after sales services. In most of our projects undertaken, we assist our buyers in terms of knowledge in buying properties in Malaysia, getting to know Malaysia, and obtaining mortgage services all the way until receiving vacant possession.
Subsale & Rental
Our negotiators, guided by the Principals of One Global Properties, assist investors in buying/selling/leasing properties according to the rules and standard by Board of Valuers Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia’s guidelines.
I.T Support Department
IT support members ensure that our website, email, and general computing needs are met.
THE MANAGEMENT
Hj Othman Bin Safee
Othman Bin Safee holds a Diploma in General Practice Surveying from the Society of Surveying Technicians (UK) and a Certificate Joint Test of Competence from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors/ Society of Surveying Technicians. He is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. He is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
Othman’s career spans more than forty years, including eight years in the Government Sector. He served mainly in the Valuation Department in the Ministry of Finance. His expertise was sought after by banks, and he eventually took up an offer with one of the local premier banks. Othman worked in the banking sector for the next eighteen years in property valuation and management.
J.K.
J.K. graduated from USM with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering in 2009. He later pursued a Diploma in Estate Agency and was awarded a Diploma by the Board of Valuer Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia in 2012. He is a Registered Real Estate Agent with the Board of Valuer Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia.
J.K. started his career in Real Estate industry after graduating from university. As a fresh graduate, he joined One Global Properties as a Real Estate Negotiator under the supervision of Mr Hj Othman Bin Safee and other One Global Properties Leaders in 2009. During his career with One Global Properties he has been involved in subsales, as well as local and foreign project marketing, and has managed to place himself as one of the top achievers in the projects in which he has participated.
In 2012 J.K. joined Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the Master Developer of Cyberjaya, as a Project Sales Consultant. He was involved directly in the project sales and leasing under the Sales and Marketing Department. Thereafter, he joined a reputable real estate agency in Malaysia and further added to his experience in secondary sales, as well as project sales and marketing.
In 2015, J.K. returned to One Global Properties and transformed it into One Global Properties Sdn Bhd. He intends to bring the company to a higher level by creating the synergy and leveraging each employee’s strength in combination of the latest technology.
